Understanding Memory and Increasing Attention in the Classroom Academic Workshop

In this workshop, students will be able to take a deep dive into how our memory works and effective ways to help maintain attention in the classroom. The workshop will begin by presenting an understanding to how information is processed in the classroom and how to maintain that information after learning the class. The workshop will end by focusing on how to sustain attention in the classroom and tips for increasing focus.
