I love being a PTA because it’s given me an opportunity to use my education and skills to help my community improve their daily lives.
My biggest takeaway from Villa were the relationships and connections I took with me even after graduation, as well as the drive for the excellence and success that it fostered in me.
My advice to future PTAs would be to take the leap for every opportunity that is available to you, being an assistant should never limit your career or the opportunity for growth.
