My favorite thing about being a PTA is being able to have interpersonal and professional communication with patients, coworkers and staff, and to be able to track progress, motivate, and inspire through education, compassion, and experience
My biggest takeaway from Villa is the friendships, both professional and personal, that continue all these years later…priceless. Not to mention the top-notch education that I continue to use today
My advice to future PTAs is to trust the process, believe in yourself, always take what you learn and teach/treat others selflessly.
