Summer/Fall 2023 Registration
The Summer and Fall 2023 schedules are now viewable through your student portal!
Registration for Achieve, Honors, and Athletes will open on Tuesday, March 21st and registration for all students will open as of Thursday, March 23rd . Please be sure to set up an appointment with your advisor to register!
Midterm Grades
You should be able to view your midterm grades after March 21st in your student portal. If you’re unsure about how to check these, you can watch this video.
Withdrawal Deadline
The last day to withdraw from a course is April 14th. You are encouraged to speak with your advisor before making any withdrawal decisions. The link to the withdrawal form is here: https://app.hellosign.com/s/7Ef51b9q
Pass/Fail Deadline
Pass/Fail allows students to choose to take a course on a Pass/Fail basis as opposed to being assigned a letter grade ( A-, C+, D, etc.). A grade of Pass will not be calculated into your GPA and may be particularly important for students who wish to maintain higher GPAs. A grade of Fail will still be counted as an F for GPA calculation.
- You must opt into the Pass/Fail option by April 14th.
- You can opt-in using the form linked on the Registrar’s Office page on the Villa website under the Forms tab. The full Pass/Fail policy is available on the Pass/Fail form.
