PATHS Program
Professional Advancement
Through Hands-on Skills.
Villa Maria College has partnered with the KORP Foundation to bring professional advancement through hands-on skills, or the PATHS Program, to Western New York.
The PATHS Program was designed to prepare adults to begin long-term careers with tech companies who offer their employees sustainable wages. Participants in the first cohort will focus on training to become Salesforce Associates, with an option to continue training to become a Salesforce Administrator. To officially complete the program, all participants must pass the certification exam given at the end of the course.
The PATHS Program is being offered to all people at no cost in partnership with KORP Foundation, Red Argyle, and Villa Maria College.
