Adam Balwart | Adam is a distinguished leader in artificial intelligence, holding a BBA from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Management Information Systems from The London School of Economics. He currently serves as CEO and Co-Founder of trAInify, a Toronto-based edtech startup revolutionizing education through AI. As a College Professor of Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation and a seasoned AI consultant, Adam brings deep expertise, real-world insights, and a passion for innovation to the stage.

Tom Patros | Tom is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Red Argyle. He oversees all services and operations and is our go-to advisor for strategic projects and architecture. Tom has a passion for coaching and mentoring staff and drives a culture of curiosity, adaptation, experimentation, and tenacity. Before launching Red Argyle, Tom was a developer at a product company, where he spearheaded the company’s transition to Salesforce and led the development of a Salesforce-native association management system. Before that, Tom was a technical lead at Coming Incorporated, managing web application development for divisions and corporate staff, including public-facing and intranet websites and B2B partner portals.
